A vibrant, multi-day Indian–Western wedding at Gramercy Mansion — layered with color, tradition, and romantic garden elegance.
Amisha and William’s wedding weekend was a joyful celebration of culture, artistry, and intention. Set within the lush grounds and historic architecture of Gramercy Mansion, their wedding unfolded across multiple events designed to honor both traditions while maintaining a cohesive, elevated aesthetic throughout.
Planned and designed by Christine Godsey of CG&Co Events, the celebration balanced vibrancy with refinement — weaving bold Indian color stories with the softness and romance of an old-world garden setting. From Sangeet and Mehndi to the wedding ceremonies and reception, each event flowed seamlessly while retaining its own distinct energy.
From a photographic perspective, this wedding exemplifies the kind of work we’re drawn to most:
celebrations that require cultural fluency, visual sensitivity, and an intuitive understanding of pace.
Amisha’s wedding attire evolved beautifully across the weekend — from playful, colorful lehengas during the Sangeet to a striking red bridal lehenga rich with traditional zardozi embroidery, paired with William’s cream sherwani and soft pink accents. Portraits were shaped with an editorial eye while allowing moments to unfold naturally — preserving movement, texture, and emotion without interruption.
The Baraat procession, led by a vintage blue Mustang winding through the estate’s circular drive, set the tone for a ceremony filled with joy and anticipation. The Hindu ceremony took place in Gramercy’s light-filled Garden Atrium beneath a floral-draped mandap, followed by a Western vow exchange and an evening celebration that moved effortlessly from garden cocktail hour to a lively, full dance floor.
Throughout the weekend, our focus remained on honoring both the scale and the intimacy of the celebration — capturing the energy of large gatherings alongside quiet, meaningful moments shared between family, friends, and the couple themselves.
Selected by couples and planners for celebrations that balance cultural depth, editorial refinement, and vibrant, multi-day storytelling.
This is photography rooted in color, connection, and legacy — crafted for couples who value beauty with depth and celebrations that feel as meaningful as they are unforgettable.
